Raymond Ip is also an excellent senior travel consultant; he has nothing that I can critize him. Up to this moment, he is the BEST among all travel consultants (include other travel agency) who I met.

Our group of 11 people went on the above tour organized by your company.

On behalf of our whole group, I write to let you know that the organization of the trip had been excellent. Ms Phoenix Wong, from your company who helped us plan the trip, was most efficient and meticulous down to the finest details to ensure that our trip went smoothly and she was able to accommodate all of the last minute changes we made to the itinerary. On the last day of our trip, she stayed up in Hong Kong until 2:30am to look after our transportation arrangement.

Ms Fanny Tsui was our group leader from Hong Kong and she was most hardworking and diligent to ensure our every comfort. Again, when we made last minutes requests and changes to our plans she was able to comply and entertain our requests.

The local guide, Ms 馬衛紅, has a very pleasant personality and was very knowledgeable about the local sights. We had a good time with her.

All in all, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable trip thanks to the excellent organization effort of the staff of your company.

This time I needed a 1-year ticket to Rome and I have a lot of time as well as budget constraints. Your staff Vicky Fong has very patiently helped me searched for different possibilities (of dates and airlines) and tried making different reservations several times (none of which being my ideal yet) and she keeps trying to find a better option for me. Every time she allows me to hold the option knowing that it is not very ideal for me and I would be bothering her later to try to see if there is a better option. Yet, the whole time (spanning several weeks) she has been very patient with me and try her best to understand and to suit my need and preferences. I think her kindness in serving me has gone beyond her call of duty and so I would like to write and commend he for her contribution to your company. It has made me a very happy customer and I would definitely not hesitate to use your company’s service again next time.

Trust this email finds you well. I am a regular customer of Lotus Tours and writing to show my appreciation to the assistance Mr. Stephen Mok has been offering on my recent booking.

I have booked a family trip to Osaka for mid May. Unfortunately, two days before departure, my dad was admitted to hospital and stayed in for 4 days which meant we have no choice but to cancel the trip. I informed Stephen Mok on the same day whom has been very responsive and helpful in arranging the cancellation (otherwise I would have to pay for penalty).

Now the refund is believed to be in progress. Hope this can be completed shortly. Big thank you again to Stephen. I appreciate his professional service and attitude. As a regular traveler, I would be delighted to have him providing me service again in future.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to sincerely thank your staff Ms Sarah Ho (Travel Consultant, Customer Service-Corporate) for her thoughtful assistance in my recent trip to Sendai, Japan.

My family and I, a group of 11, were planning for a trip to Sendai this November. I got in touch with Sarah in early October for air ticket booking. She had been so helpful in chasing the best possible solution for us since then despite the flight bookings were pretty full during the season. With her kind assistance, we were able to confirm all seats at the preferred ANA flight by late October. Full payment was made on the due day of November 3.

Unfortunately, later on the payment day, a doctor recommended my father to cancel the trip and not to travel in the coming few months due to some unforeseen health problems. As such, my family and I aversely decided to cancel the trip after a very thorough discussion.

Sarah was amazingly helpful and incredibly considerate when I explained to her the case on November 4 morning. She immediate addressed my concerns and checked with your accounts department for possible resolution. Thanks a lot for her efforts and we were able to get a full refund without experiencing any further hard time.

I have been a patron at your company for the past few years and am always grateful to have Sarah looking after my account. It will be much appreciated if you could identify Sarah and pass on my compliments for her very precise customer service once again. Keep up the good work!!!
